I had the pleasure of working with one of their recruiters, Kylen, this afternoon and am thoroughly impressed with the connection I felt as soon as she started speaking. It is very easy to get lost among the numbers when working with a recruiting agency but not only did I feel heard and understood, I genuinely felt I mattered and would be taken care of. Also, whoever thought of the idea to start this kind of company was brilliant in and of itself, kudos to the founder for providing such a necessary service to the workforce but also then staffing it with compassionate recruiters that truly care about helping you and making a difference in your life, well done! I’ve never worked with an agency like Peak Performer before, but I feel confident in saying that they are one of, if not the best ones out there!
